A 72-year-old man complains of nocturia for two months. He is hypertensive and in recent months started an ACEI and amlodipine. He is otherwise well and has no other lower urinary tract symptoms – and when he gets up at night his flow is good. A dipstick urinalysis is normal. What is the diagnosis?
